Terms and Conditions of Use

Please read these Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms") carefully before accessing or using the report card software (NC Results Management System) provided by Nandroid Computing. By accessing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not access or use the Software.

User Obligations

• You agree to use the Software solely for your own internal use and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and ensuring that only authorized individuals access the Software.
• You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any data, information, or materials you enter or upload into the Software (referred to as "User Data").
• You agree not to use the Software for any unlawful, unauthorized, or unethical purposes.

Intellectual Property Rights

• The Software, including all its content, features, and functionality, is owned by the Provider and protected by intellectual property laws.
• You acknowledge that this Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights or intellectual property rights in the Software.

Limitations of Liability

• The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• The Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Software.
• The Provider does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided by the Software.

Fees and Payment

• Access to the Software may be subject to payment of applicable fees.
• Payment terms and conditions will be outlined in a separate agreement or as agreed upon between you and the Provider.

Termination

• The Provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Software at any time for any reason.
• Upon termination, you shall immediately cease all use of the Software and delete any copies in your possession.

Privacy

• The Provider may collect and process certain information, including User Data, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• By using the Software, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Modifications

• The Provider reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Software after modifications to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zambia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Zambia.
