Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NC Results Management System provided by Nandroid Computing. By accessing or using the Software, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. User Obligations

• The Software shall be used strictly for lawful educational and administrative purposes.
• You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and preventing unauthorized access.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all data entered into the system.
• You shall not misuse or attempt to exploit the Software.

2. Fees and Payment

• Access to the Software is subscription-based.
• Subscriptions must be renewed before the expiry date to avoid service interruption.
• A K500 reconnection fee shall apply to clients who make payment after their subscription has expired.
• Data for expired subscriptions will be kept for 30 days before being permanently deleted

3. Intellectual Property

• All rights in the Software remain the exclusive property of Nandroid Computing.
• No ownership rights are transferred to users.

4. Limitation of Liability

• The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• The Provider shall not be liable for damages arising from system use or downtime.
• Users are responsible for maintaining their own backup records.

5. Termination

• The Provider may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.
• Upon termination, all access rights cease immediately.

6. Privacy

User data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
